I can’t help but laugh during the Earth Hour. Why? Most of the Filipinos actually thinks that there will be a blackout felt bad that it did not also happen as what they expected
It actually did not happen accordingly to what it was suppose to be in our town. Few hours before the movement, I stroll to a friend to borrow something. I am passing by some houses and over heard people gossiping that there will be a blackout for one hour. By hearing them, I wanted to go back t them and explain what it is really about, but I am really in a hurry.

I am with a friend discussing some business matters just an hour before the movement. 15 minutes before, I asked my family to turn off the lights for because it is already time. Maybe because of their frustration to me( I’m sort of the black sheep in the family), and Pinoy habit of being a non-believer, they just mocked the idea even after I have explained it to them before as they saw the commercial in the TV.
