“History has shown us that our tendency to colonize and exploit other regions has always backfired. This planet can be made a happier, more peaceful place to live in, but the change will have to come from within the hearts of all of us living here.”
I found this quote really amusing. It came from Science of Identity Foundation by Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa. Such a long name right? But would you believe that this quote could be a possibility in the future? I mean, would each and every heart living on earth will be able to make this a better place to live?
Well, I believe it is going to happen. But it will not be anytime soon. Many generation will need to learn this properly. The only reason why it is taking that long, is due to selfishness by people who knows how to get what they want.
I am trying to control my self to be not selfish as possible. Because I am one of those people who knows how to get what I want. And it is hard for me because I always choose the right path. It was because I have always wanted to keep what I will gain to last forever.
I am trying to learn from history, even though I suck from it at class, on experiences. Because I believe that everything are happening over and over again. It is just as they say, “History repeats it self”. So it is a good practice to learn from it. This could really make a world a better place for everyone of us.

I have never realize that I am starting to neglect my health again. I’m sure this was the cause of my being immature with my social life, and just trying to focus on my projects. I have been forgetting to do some good routine for my body so I am failing to think good as well. My sleep pattern are not good anymore. I missed some stuffs on time. I actually forget to respond on some email.
With these business I am doing, I need to have my brains active and alert all the time. And in order to have the brains functioning well, the body must have a good condition. They work hand-in-hand. The common best way is always to take a good exercise. Because a good exercise gives a good flow of the blood. And these bloods circulating well, shall help pump up the brains more.
But to much exercise is crucial. Like have you ever experience being exhausted and felt like your head is going to burst. Well, it is just showing that your heart pumps fast, even the veins on your head is pumping. Too much work out can end you up going to an emergency room.
As I was surfing the web, I found Dan Neumeister explaining some long wait on waiting in the emergency room. As I tried to see it, it was true. I never really have many experience being delivered there, but I remember once when I was a kid one time I we have to wait there. I needed a check up, and I saw more people needed much urgent attention. The quality sure is not good even way back before. But hopefully things can get better now.
So I think I should watch again what I do. Because I really don’t want to end up going in there. He he he
